Carine Kokar is a tax policy advisor in the Peer Review Unit of the Global Forum, which is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the international standard of transparency and exchange of information on request for tax purposes. She is taking part in the peer review and monitoring process of members and non-members of the Global Forum.

Before joining the Global Forum, Carine Kokar worked as senior tax advisor from 2013 to 2019 at the International Tax Audit Division of the French tax administration (Direction Générale des Finances Publiques) where she was involved in the implementation of international standard for administrative cooperation, including exchange of information, and fight against offshore tax evasion.
